Taste the Seasons! Each week you will receive a seasonal soup from Stony Creek’s farm kitchen. We use bones and meat from our pasture raised (Certified organic grain for pigs and chickens) animals for the meat broths and organic vegetables from our fields and the fields of our partner farms in the Catskills. Soups change with the season - Spring: Greens soup, Split pea and Ham, Classic Minestrone, Beef and Barley with mushroom; Summer: Chowder, Potato and Leek, 3 Bean and Beef Chili, Grandma’s Chicken Noodle, Ramen base with fresh veggies.
